April 2025 Update
North Retaining Wall: Construction of the wall and fence is complete and has passed inspection. The next step is for the city to re-install the streetlight and then we’ll be able to landscape.
Southeast and South Stairs: These projects were completed on time, with high quality, and at a reasonable cost.
Landscaping: The Landscaping Committee expects to install seasonal color at our front entrance around the end of April or early May. We’re also awaiting a proposal to add more plants and hardscape at the south end of the island. Mulch is coming soon.
Yellow Utility Flags – feel free to remove them. Any utility markings in our neighborhood are outdated (and all seem to be yellow, which indicates natural gas lines), so if you see one in the wild, please throw it away.
